Got to visit the EK lounge in SIN.
1. Good view of the runway
2. Champagne - Veuve (this is the main reason to visit!)
3. Great service - the staff assist you with drinks and the chef even handed me cutlery
4. Not as busy as the QF lounge

1. Fantastic staff - one of them even remembered I was there last month and he said the menu items have changed and took me through all the new food since my last visit.
2. Good Australian wine, pity about the champagne (Salinger).
3. Live cooking station has 2 choices with matched wines.
4. Knowledgeable staff (when asked questions about food and wine)
5. Great, fun atmosphere when travelling alone
6. Plenty of waiters coming around asking for drink orders (even in the most tucked away corners)
7. Feels like a well managed Australian lounge, great team, good humour and definitely feels like you aren't in Singapore
Red Roo: Any chance of getting a Singapore Sling put on the coughtail menu? (In addition to the Rooster and Monkey signature drinks)
