The definitive thread on Qantas IT gripes

Is anyone else having issues putting in classic upgrade requests? I'm getting the following error:

We're experiencing some problems

We’re working on fixing this, please try again now or come back later.
Yes I am getting that too. I submitted one upgrade request and then tried to do another and got that message on website and app
 
Hope this doesn’t mean the gift voucher has morphed into a ‘flight credit’ as part of this change, which could potentially have other impacts.
You should have got this email yeayerday.
