Is anyone else having issues putting in classic upgrade requests? I'm getting the following error:

Yes I am getting that too. I submitted one upgrade request and then tried to do another and got that message on website and app

The call centre was able to request the upgrade manually over the phone.

Hope this doesn’t mean the gift voucher has morphed into a ‘flight credit’ as part of this change, which could potentially have other impacts.

You should have got this email yesterday.
