Just have to ask, in the end was the 10-20 cents in your favour?The $5 vouchers show in the one place but the system actually calculates them as a small discount on every item. This means a tiny percentage comes off all the my5 products. The my5 10% discount is then applied to the reduced price of these items.
I was wondering why my my5 discounts were out by 10-20 cents or so when using these coupons in the same transaction and I got this explanation from coles customer care.

These will show as ‘special bonus’ points for Coles. We realise this area needs improvement - we're working to make the descriptions clearer in future to assist members check and reconcile their points.Do you know what notation will appear next to the bonus points on the transaction listing in the flybuys account? Will it just say Coles or will it say Tell Coles? This information helps when reconciling bonus point transactions.
