Struggling to use your Frequent Flyer Points?

Frequent Flyer Concierge takes the hard work out of finding award availability and redeeming your frequent flyer or credit card points for flights.

Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, the Frequent Flyer Concierge team at Frequent Flyer Concierge will help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.

I have re-opened the thread as a member has posted they have further information to advise...

flybuys are no longer offering any reward for customers who choose to do this survey. The prize draw for groceries has ended. The survey no longer offers 500 flybuys points (which used to be 1000 points) and you can no longer get the $5 off voucher if you decide to spend $100. Current vouchers with the barcode should still last until the expiry date on the coupon.

Specific flybuys members each month will be invited to complete the survey for a reward of 50 points only. This is worth about 25cents. It's much less than the $2.50 of points or the $5 off which was previously offered. I don't know how many members will be offered these points per month or how quickly they will be credited.

For the last couple of months there has been a question towards the end of the survey which asks customers if they would like to join an online forum to discuss shopping and food. I know nothing about the forum as I haven't received an invitation. The question hinted that some sort of rewards would be offered for joining the online forum. This forum might be one last way of getting bonus flybuys points without having to spend money.

It's a shame really. This $5 off $100 spend was my version of the 5% off Wish Gift Card. It suited me as I hit the $100 spend each week. So while I'll miss the discount, I won't miss doing the survey once a month. And as Woolies is marginally more convenient, I guess my QFF balance will get a nudge along.

This is decision by Coles has had an impact on my spending.

I shopped at Coles yesterday and was emailed a tell Coles survey by Fly Buys offering... Wait for it... 50 points to complete the survey. Wow, a whole 25 cents! Do you really want to know what I think Coles?

This change to 50 points, from the previous 500 and originally 1000, has been going for about 6 weeks now.

How many points do Woolies offer their Customers wishing to express their opinion in the same way Coles does?

The best Woolworths do is enter you in a prize draw for a $100 Wish gift card if you do a survey which is sent directly to your EDR email address.

Coles is now ZERO points (has been for awhile now). Do not do these surveys, they'll learn the hard way that if they want feedback they gotta pay!

Liquorland offered me 50 points for my feedback a few days ago.

I told them they need to improve the product range of a number of categories in particular.
