Thanks @Cruiser Elite I have only used Jimmy in Melbourne and it worked really well. My rides were on time in a Lexus.

Returning home from Bali on Tue Sept 15 it was after midnight when one of Jimmy's boys collected us at MEL for the 1hr ride home - unbeknown to me on the journey somehow my Passport jumped out of top pocket and onto taxi floor.

I went looking for it Wed morning and could not find it anywhere. Jimmy sent me a message Thu morn to say the driver found it in his taxi and Jimmy would drop it into me next week.

Fri after he had a fare our way and dropped it into work for me - that right there is another reason why I only use his services.
