The pool is a balmy 28 degrees after yesterdays rain, sparkling clean and chemical free (excluding salt)

The BBQ is shaking in anticipation and the poker tables have been rolled out - this time in the main lounge rather than the man room.

Trophy is ordered

Ah geez... I want to say 'yes' but I'm on a short leash right now! Can only confirm at last minute - happy to be skipped on the count for catering purposes, and I only ask for a chair for accommodation purposes (having flown plenty in Y and slept, probably half used to it by now).

Apologies to the organising committee for being a pain.

Seeing that I am in Sydney at that time, can I come along but not particpate in the poker?
As I don't seem to align myself with timings of AFF's do's, this might be a good chance to meet some AFF members.

Now I am absolutely certain I can't attend. Remembered I had booked Keith Urban tickets for wife + 1 friend for that night at BEC.

I'll be watching for updates on the night
 
Just a update...

1200-1500: Arrivals and active participation in swimming, eating and drinking :)
1500 - ?: Poker Champs Round II
1800 - ?: More eating and drinking if not playing still

I will be getting steak (eye or sirloin) and a few kilos of snags from my local butcher. Salads and other stuff will be available all day with the BBQ basically on all day as well.

Please txt or phone me if you are going to be later than 1500 and want to play as I can enter you in

I'm an unfortunate non-starter. Would've loved to have gone, but unfortunately I'm being kept on a short leash on a number of things. :(

I couldn't play poker to save myself (not that that matters in a non-money game I guess), and will be visiting friends near Wilson's Prom next weekend, so deffo a non-starter. Thanks munitalP for the offer, and have a great game all.
 
I am also another non starter, I somehow brought back from Singapore a cold which has now turned into a cough and I am sure none of you want that.:(

The front wheels of my 4x4 were near off the road with all that meat in the back today on the way home from butcher!
