I have booked a F booking on the Qantas website, flying EK with a EK flight number and been ticketed on 081-xx_xx_xx_x tickets which I understand is QF ticket stock.
My question is can I access QF F lounge and which do I checkin, QF or EK

Yes you should be:

Emirates First
Next onward flight that day must be operated by Qantas or Emirates with an EK flight number.
One guest allowed and must be travelling with the member on the same flight.
