So one out of left field for me.Went to 15 year old granddaughter's birthday last night. She chose Hello Harry as the restaurant.a burger place and extremely popular with the young crowd.Run by the former Wine Bar owner and chef Tony Kelly.
So all burgers are $10.Types-Waygu,pulled pork, brisket, lamb, chicken, barramundi and vegetarian.Sides $5-fries,onion rings, chopped salad or slaw.it is licensed.
I had the pulled pork burger and mrsdrron the brisket plus shared the special of the night-Asian chicken wings. The burgers and wings were very nice.fries and onion rings are seasoned with what seems to be a mixture of salt, sugar and some chilli flakes-enough to notice but not overpowering and even mrsdrron liked it.
Downsides-wine is expensive-$9 a glass or $40 a bottle for not great wines.
As well no reservations taken.
We will probably go back at some stage but on a Friday night-every second Friday there is a night market in Ocean street.
