Hello
Apologies if this has come up in conversation before.

I am weeks away form anniversary date and was on target to move up to QF Platinum.

I have had two flights with AA in USA this week, both booked/paid in First (aka Business), one aircraft downgrade with no First seats and another cancelled and rebooked on a Y seat.

The question is, status credits will be no doubt posted based on what was actual flown, but would QF honor the status credits based on the originally booked fare?
I cannot find clarity in the T&C's, so if someone could help me that'd be awesome.

Regards

JASON

You will be credited with what was flown. Once that posts to your account, you will need to contact QFF and ask for Original Routing Credit. You'll need to tell them what the flight had been booked as and what happened.

In most cases, they'll post the needed adjustments without responding to you.

Recent telephone conversation with QFF adjusted Y to J points due QF cancelling J flight. Strangely my DSC was showing but did not add into the aggregated totals. QF advised operator had incorrectly keyed the change.
