Nice try, but my Apple account has been inactive for years since they decided my iPod had exceeded the allowed number of connections to different PCs and I could no longer use it without creating a whole new account.

Easy to spot for me as I don't have an ANZ account, might might catch a few.
 
Maybe it's not really a scam but applied for the Macquarie Hilton Platinum card supposedly fee free for the year. Noticed a $99 annual fee and rang and they said oh sorry - we'll reverse that!!

Easy to spot for me as I don't have an ANZ account, might might catch a few.

Both Mr Jurahn and I have received similar texts (a couple of weeks apart) advising about Netbank accounts being locked. - however we ARE both CBA customers, so had to take a second look at it to make sure it wasn't legit (didn't click on the link of course!). I can certainly imagine people being caught out by these though.
