Hi All,

I need some help with retaining Velocity Platinum status by End of June 2019. I am looking to travel to Canada Calgary from Melbourne in April easter time returning 1 week of may 2019.
I need 646 status credit & 5 eligible sectors by 13 June2019

What are the options & how can I do it. I am looking for business class inbound & economy for outbound not sure if there is any way mixed class can be booked

I have post few times but haven't had good responses would be appreciated if someone help with this
cheers

Perhaps the reason there has been no "good responses" is because your question is as vague as can be.

Status credits required? Budget? Class of travel? All relevant and not obvious...

That's a lot of status credits. Will you get so much benefit out of it? You will only drop to gold if you don't retain Platinum, not all the way down to silver/red. Worth considering.

You will almost certainly have to fly an indirect routing to get the 5 VA sectors and also do some kind of DL status run or two within North America.

You van get working on VA sectors by doing a freedom return to OOL via SYD for around $560. thats 100 SC and 4 segments.

The other 550 odd SC can be done with a couple of days flying around the USA.
