QF Platinum Recognition on flights

assuming you didn't change your seat super last minute.
The manifest is a legal document of which body is in which seat at flight closing, there should not be changes from what is allocated, in theory

Err no, it’s also noted on the pax manifest printout hanging in the galley.
I know, I didn't say they couldn't find out your status, but they usually don't bother and don't care.
Unless they are trying to impress the CSS or CSM in the vain hope of receiving a good report.

Yesterday on QF4 and QF81 I was greeted at my seat by the CSS both times. QF4 flight he came to me as soon as I had boarded and on QF81 she stayed for a chat and seemed interested in what I had been up to!

As QFP I find it hit & miss on different flights. Personally I’m not bothered either way.
