assuming you didn't change your seat super last minute.Err no, it’s also noted on the pax manifest printout hanging in the galley.

The manifest is a legal document of which body is in which seat at flight closing, there should not be changes from what is allocated, in theoryassuming you didn't change your seat super last minute.
I know, I didn't say they couldn't find out your status, but they usually don't bother and don't care.Err no, it’s also noted on the pax manifest printout hanging in the galley.

The way Y+ seat selection is working now for WP, it’s highly likely that 4A was P1, if not CL.On QF139 SYD-CHC last Thurs. I was in 5A, so had a good view of the purser spending quite a bit of time coming to chat to the pax in 4A and 5C at the start of the flight, in both case offering them drinks from upfront (before even the J cabin had been served, from what I could see) - one had a beer from J, the other a bottle of water.
Maybe you need to select 5C or 5D next time?No greeting for this lowly WP but I got the impression she knew / personally recognised both these people as regulars, rather than it being a purely status-based exercise.
Completely possible its not necessarily an elite but higher staff member as well. I watched Vanessa Hudson sit in row 4 for a SYD - MEL hop.On QF139 SYD-CHC last Thurs. Excellent service coming back in J on 136 last night, with personalised greetings. I got the impression quite a few of the J cabin were WPs.
