Qantas wine poor shipping quality

Our six Croser bottles arrived this morning, brought into the building lobby, and upon opening, packed properly. I feel we have been lucky.
Not in my experience. Never had a problem with damaged goods.

OTOH, I've had the wine delivered to a completely different address. Luckily it was an an aquaintance of mine (!) who lived at the same house number, but a street down from me. Otherwise I'd be filing a no show complaint, and who knows where that might've ended up..

Qantas wine has gone down majorly downhill since the change to Aramex. I had ordered two dozens over a week ago and only now finally got them- it used to take two to three days in the past with AusPost. And my box came shredded (the bottles inside were undamaged which was a surprise) and to top it all off, that Aramex driver I always get has a real issue with personal hygiene. Gosh, he stinks whenever I have to come close to sign for my orders! 🤢 View attachment 482095
Are they only using Aramex for some parts of Australia? All the Wine I've purchased from them has been shipped with Australia Post.

I'm in Sydney and all my wine deliveries have come via Aramex
Strange, all of my deliveries in Sydney were always shipped with Australia Post. I'm not sure why they are shipping yours with Aramex then and not with Australia Post.
