I have a couple more General passes expiring July 24th to give away. First person with 50+ posts to respond will get them.
Hi Captain, appreciate the offer. I fall under the 50 posts due to moving here not that long ago and taking my good lady back to my home country on Thursday so would love the passes. Either way, all the best.

Hi Captain Curtis. I am travelling on the 23rd of July for hubbys birthday. Not sure if the pass is still available but would appreciate it. Thanks in advance. I’ve PM’d you already. Thank you 🙏

Anyone had any success with getting a 3 year old in without a comp lounge voucher? I'm fairly new to the whole lounge thing, and when hubby and I just tried to link our 2 X comp vouchers gifted via our CC, we realised our little bloke would need one too (to get access to a free glass of juice and a rice cracker - based on his gatronomic bandwidth 😅). Came here to trawl the chat to see if anyone had any advice or experience but haven't seen any past posts as yet! If he does need one, I guess I'll be keeping a close eye here in case any more pop up

Looking at the Qantas website it seems if you're using a Complimentary Lounge Pass/Invitation, children aren't included - which is a bit cheap I think.
"...Please note Lounge Access Passes, including Complimentary Invitations, strictly do not permit any guests or children."

I personally haven't tried to use the Complimentary Lounge passes, so hopefully someone else might have the benefit of their experience that they can pass on.

Last time we used complimentary passes, for 2 adults and 2 kids (3 & 9). They checked my boarding pass on my phone, then I said the others should be linked too. The guy then says yeah that's fine and let us in. Unsure what he actually checked though 🤷‍♂️

But did you actually consume 4 passes, or 2? Did the kids go in gratis?

As per my post: "Last time we used complimentary passes, for 2 adults and 2 kids (3 & 9)."
Sorry to prolong a fairly minor to-ing and fro-ing but it's still not clear.

The grammar is just unclear but I am assuming you used 4 complimentary passes as that's what you've stated "we used complimentary passes, for 2 adults and 2 kids". I.E. 4 people.
Furthermore the T & C on the Qantas site excludes children, which also supports the understanding that 4 complimentary passes were used.

If that's not the case, can you explicitly say so? Did the lounge attendant allow your children to access the lounge for free? If so, then strictly speaking it's against the rules but promotes the understanding that child/infant access is at the discretion of the staff.
