Yes, the CBR lounges are quite nice. I would say worth a visit for sure.

CBR lounges are definitely the better ones in the domestic network. Club lounge has better views than the J lounge!

Currently no restrictions on passes during school holidays, I linked some for my parents for next week in Sydney without any issues. I suspect it was only an issue last year because there were so many passes in circulation due to the COVID extensions and now a lot of them have been used up or expired.
