Ox-tail ragout and pasta - simple but tasty.

The prawn wontons are one of my favourites there!
 
Early Jan visit to SIN QF F lounge.

Lunch time arrival to SIN - right off 6E from MAA

Started with a hotel towel. Followed by olives.

Starters was Burrata and roasted red peppers

Mains was the three cup tofu, Gai lan and cashews with rice and a generous serving of fresh chilli 🌶️

Later in the evening had chips as snacks followed by tiramisu.
