It didn’t have coconut shavings. It was like a pineapple sponge cake with an ever so slightly burnt coconut layering on the top set on a biscuit/short bread sort of base. Delectable 😍

Is this new? Just got handed this for a snack on mel - Syd. Pretty sure my last flight down late August was still cheese and crackers.

This today on a 2.5 hour BME-PER. Pretty sure people have posted this same meal as a J meal on the golden triangle, just on a plate. Given no food (except for sugary snacks) in the BME lounge, ducked into the PER J lounge using the WP arrivals access for a slide of pizza.
