It didn’t have coconut shavings. It was like a pineapple sponge cake with an ever so slightly burnt coconut layering on the top set on a biscuit/short bread sort of base. Delectable

The wattle park bakery here in east dubs of Adelaide does a pecan and pineapple slice which is amazing

Daughter flew CNS-MEL the other day and said she got a decent chicken salad meal. Apparently taking pics of food on planes is weird so I’m told.
