Continuing with Thursday 3 September, QF59 (A332 VH-EBN, the 1115 hours SYD-HND) pointed skywards at 1225 hours. Gate arrival should be 2103 hours, 53 minutes late.

On Wednesday 2, after arriving in LAX at 1455 hours, 25 minutes late as QF11 from SYD, A388 VH-OQD operated empty from LAX to SFO, arriving at 1931 hours, an hour later than planned.

It is forming QF336 from SFO to MEL, a 2300 hours timetabled departure, to bring highly (over) paid gridiron players to MEL.

Given the all-too-frequent unreliability of QFi's A380s, it's surprising that the airline believes it can charter the 'spare'..

Wednesday 2 September's QF8 (DFW-SYD) took off at 0110 hours on Thursday 3, so Friday gate arrival should be about 0812 hours, 77 minutes late for 388 VH-OQC. It had arrived in DFW at 2109 hours, 519 minutes late.

Also on Thursday 3, the 1555 hours MEL-SIN QF37 with A332 VH-EBL was airborne at 1704. Arrival at gate looks to be 46 late at 2251 late tonight Singapore time.

QF147 (the evening 1755 hours SYD-AKL with B738 VH-XZN) took off at 1921 so arrival should be at 2353 hours, 58 minutes tardy.

B738 VH-VZP is on the 1635 hours CHC-SYD, QF136 that was in the sky at 2003 hours. Gate arrival at 2133 hours, 203 minutes late is suggested. Its only other flight today, the 1020 hours SYD-CHC QF137 was similarly delayed.

QF81, the Friday 4 September 1020 hours SYD-SIUN with A388 VH_OQH is expected to shortly depart at the odd time of 1212 hours.

Due to QF5 departing late from SYD yesterday, on 4 September the second sector (PER-FCO in Italy) is expected to arrive with B789 VH-ZND at 0816 hours, 121 minutes late.
