I just received this, and haven't been on a QF flight in about 6 months...
 
Yep.. got mine a couple of weeks back.. .get a ping from them everytime I get off a plane now... Hopefully there are some benefits for feedback :) - Perhaps everyone who gets a chance, puts in the "other comments" field "Bring back ASA's online!"

I get a few of those, but not sure they're a part of the panel process, can't recall joining the panel/being offered, though maybe I am? :eek:
 
Got one today as well. Checked the status in the header and it was correct.

Clicked the register button and... -crash-
Tried it again and now I'm on the panel... It was an average review mostly 6 & 7s.

Time to wait for my next QF flight which won't happen until end of November at the earliest, if not then February next year... lol

Well they seemed to have cast the net pretty wide. I had to check my FlightMemory to do the intro survey - less then 1/2 my flights in the past 12 months have been Qantas, dom or int.
 
They must not be happy with the feedback that those of us who have been on the panel for some time have been providing :D

Dont go easy folks but also as I do remember to congragulate when things are done extremely well.

Only downside I have come across is the hit and miss when it comes to getting phone calls after requesting one. I would say only about 60% call back. Of those that have called back the response has been excellent.
 
I got mine too along with the apprently zillions of others. I'm looking forward to the free drinks at the CFP AGM. By the number of invitations they'll need to hire the MCG. :) Call me a cynical old sourpuss but is it just possible that the CFP is merely a marketing exercise to make us feel loved and wanted? Or is it a genuine attempt to get genuine feedback?
 
Got one too. Though when I went to confirm details, it had a server error and broke! ;-)

I had this problem yesterday as well but it was fine this morning. I also switched browsers but I don't think that was the cause.

Got the email too. It also crashed when I tried to do the survey but worked this morning for me as well.
 
Didn't get the email, but have done 5 surveys in the past 6 months, including being handed another one whilst on the plane SIN-PER. Since taking the MASA's offline, everyone of mine has had the comment "Bring back the ability to book P U and X online!"

Works for me - I've now added 'Member of the Qantas Feedback Panel' to my c.v.

Hi AFF'ers,

Has anyone else out there been asked / invited to become a member of the Qantas Feedback panel?

I am curious to understand if this is just a broad feedback thing and everyone is involved or is it more targeted / selective feedback program and if so why me?

I have never seen this before in my time flying with Qantas.

Thanks Samh004 Sounds like a recent marketing campaign launched by Qantas reading the above thread.

I will ensure I add "bring back ability to book J Class ASA's online on each survey"

I did my first surveys yesterday arvo, had 2 waiting for me in my emails. Basically it asked me if I wanted a manger to ring me regarding my comments & well yes I did (Perth Qantas Lounge) so was very pleased that the Qantas Perth airport manager rang me today regarding my comments, ie a J lounge in perth.
