Oh, don’t get me started! For some reason, Qantas crew seems to think they are “unnevessary”. I often see them loaded but standing wrapped in the galley and not handed out- why? Is it that hard to pour some hot water over them and walk down the aisles once to hand them out?
And it’s not only Cathay doing this better- it’s pretty much every airline. Just been on a LATAM flight to SCL and while the rest of the flight was very, cough cough, “mediocre”, they managed to hand out hot towels three times on this 13 hour flight. It’s really not hard!
