Likely an improvement on Row 4’s offeringQF157, MEL-AKL 18:30 departure.
Just two main course choices for dinner, although by the time the FA got to me in row 3 only the chicken was left. It was fine, I guess.

They (the SRs) were available for lunch there last Sunday, alongside some pies. Definitely "handmade" - the "chef" was in the corner of the lounge rolling them out ...Not an in-flight meal, but this post reminded me of the fresh sausage rolls being served for dinner in the BNE dom J lounge recently. Have been quite impressed with them.
I still don’t understand the difference between Pumkin and sweet potato.
It isn't a requirement to eat meat at every meal, every day. You will survive.Taste completely different to me, can tell them apart easily in any taste test and bothe good options imo.
I dislike it when one of tye standard options is vegetarian or vegan, as that leaves fewer choices. If you want vegan order a special meal.
If im paying for a J ticket, Qantas should provide proper animal protein. Vegan / Vegetarian is a side dish. When 1 of the 2 choices is vego and the meat runs out by row one i think its unacceptable. It isn't a requirement to eat meat at every meal, every day. You will survive.
You have clearly demonstrated how little you know about protein and its sources. Your diet is your choice though and I respect that.If im paying for a J ticket, Qantas should provide proper animal protein. Vegan / Vegetarian is a side dish. Vegan mealsare incomplete proteinsand mostly carbs.
