Qantas Business Class meals & menus

On board this morning on QF432 MEL-SYD 10am departure which is considered morning tea.
2 options: egg white omelette or prosciutto, bread with pecorino which I went for the later. Portuguese tarts were provided too which were quite meh

Nothing about either of those breakfast offerings sounds good; Me thinks they should have just used the egg yolks from the tarts to make it an actual omelette.

Surely there is something else beneath the bread?

Seriously, not just a roll, some prosciutto and a bit of lettuce ...
