PASSENGER AND FREIGHT-ONLY SERVICES*
3000 seats per week in each direction.*
Note: * Designated airlines may operate freight-only services. The freight capacity
will be operated from within the passenger entitlement. Each 10 tonnes or part
thereof of freight capacity operated will be rated as the equivalent of 40 seats.
Freight capacity may be freely converted back into use as passenger capacity at
any time.
This capacity may be operated via Fiji, Tahiti, Honolulu and/or San Francisco.
Designated airlines may exercise full fifth-freedom traffic rights at these points
within the above entitlements.
COOPERATIVE MARKETING ARRANGEMENTS
The designated airline(s) of Australia may enter into cooperative arrangements for the
purpose of code sharing on flights operated by airline(s) of Australia, or Canada and/or
of any third country. Further information about the conditions applying to such
arrangements can be obtained from the Department of Infrastructure, Transport,
Regional Development and Local Government.
Full fifth freedom traffic rights may be exercised at Honolulu, Fiji, Tahiti and San
Francisco by the designated airline(s) of Australia, where code share services are
offered on the flights of the designated airline(s) of Canada, subject to a total of 1660
seats per week in each direction.
