Really appreciate the clarity and assistance in this.
I contacted again via the 131313 number today and the operator mentioned that 2 of my 4 flights (CX and MH) still require confirmation by the airlines. He was unable to give me the E Ticket as he mentioned there is one leg of the flight where I have now been waitlisted.
He advised 5 business days before reaching back. As per your advice, I have now emailed reward ticketing escalations & also now attempted to contact via Facebook.
I checked my qantas app - the flights appear there (with one now saying waitlist) but the website only has 2 of my 4 flights on there.
The other bit that is making me really confused is that my QFF refunded me +318k points. I'm unsure why this is the case but when I tell the operators they don't seem to have much to say other than it'll take time for the points to come through properly?
