In one of the other threads about the site maintenance that happened earlier this week someone said that awards flights aren't pricing correctly on the website at the moment. Looks like that is still the case, you'll have to give them a call it seems.
Yep, as I noted in the other thread it's adding points for each separate segment since the 'update'. Even if you've got a transit (<24hrs) it is adding each segment points rather then marrying them together.
Seriously it's been nearly a week and there are still major issues, Qantas needs to have a good hard look at how they implement their IT upgrades as this stuff isn't isolated.
