I think it is, interestingly Parkroyal still shows in the booking engine but not as a QFF partner while the Westin is not bookable.

SPG have not been a QFF partner for 4½ years.

Didnt stop the Westin in Melbourne being voted Qantas Frequent Flyers favorite hotel in 2009, LOL. I wonder when Parkroyal dropped off?
