The payment needs to be processed through the hotel merchant facilities.

Best chance of getting the offer to trigger would be contacting the hotel's in-house reservations team and trying to pay the prepaid rate by phone or in person. If they send you an online payment link using a third-party platform, it probably won't work.

Thanks. I previously had Sofitel/Hiltons send me a link and that was OK. Merchant name came up correctly and all. When booking Movenpick online via the site, it would come up with "MOVENPICK ONLINE AUD" which I presume wouldn't work.

No other spend at any Pullmans in recent months or on-prem restaurants? It doesn't need to be in one transaction AFAIK.

Prepaid rates aren’t eligible so you didn’t missed out either way. As far as I can tell, you need to pay at the hotel before the promo ends.
