I've just got my 3rd statement (received the 100K points on 2nd statement) but still no sign of the $250 cashback

has anyone actually received cashback yet? I hit min spend in 2nd statement but nothing shown, am expecting it to show in next statement as per other posters experiences. Would like to know how long cashback might take though, as ideally i want to ditch this card as soon as points & cashback land...

The timeframe in their T&Cs really is a joke compared to other offerings in the market. I'm currently about 20 days after receiving the email saying I've hit the spend and received nothing. With no other credit card bonus have I dealt with such a long wait.

Agreed. But it is what it is. I agreed to it when I applied, and they did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. So can’t complain.

Mind sharing the timepoint when you hit the min spend and receive the bonus points and cashback ? I understand there's T&C and within 120days but thought of getting some real life examples TIA !

Opening date (end Jan) + 21 days to meet $5k spend
1st statement mid Feb
2nd statement mid Mar
3rd statement mid Apr - bonus points issued
4th statement mid May - $250 fee credit issued.

Interesting applied for 2 of these.
Arrived and used same day.
Card 1- bonus points on statement 2, cancelled forgetting about cash back.
Card 2- no bonus points so far, statement 3 due any day, no cash back seen yet.

That was my recent experience. I got the card on 13 Feb and the 1st statement on 23 Feb. I hit the required spend by the first week of March. The points dropped in on 23 Apr (3rd statement), and I'm hoping the cashback will drop on the next statement on 23 May.
