The timeframe in their T&Cs really is a joke compared to other offerings in the market. I'm currently about 20 days after receiving the email saying I've hit the spend and received nothing. With no other credit card bonus have I dealt with such a long wait.I've now received my points and cash back. Pain free and NAB met the timeframes in their T&Cs.
