Missing Uber Airport Points

Ive given up since my post last year. I would be pleasantly surprised and happy if they went back 12 months!
Qantas got in touch and advised they'd look into it if I sent them evidence of the travel and that uber were refusing to credit points. I'm not going to pursue this as it was likely my error in creating & linking it to a new uber account, probably in pursuit of new account bonus points. But a good bit of knowledge that Qantas will at least consider it.

I got points from Uber credited for trips in Feb and June. Never got the missing points from last year.
 
Update on the missing bonus points (from May-Jun Airport double points):
Have sent messages to both QF and Uber, only to be referred to each other. Both QFF email (frequent_flyer@) and Uber agents seem to have short-term memory loss, since I had to repeatedly point out that I did get points, just not at the promised bonus rate, and that I obviously would have linked my account since I was indeed getting points.
 
I’m missing QFF points on an Uber trip booked through the Qantas App on June 21 from our home to Melbourne Airport , whilst Lady Cool Cat has missing QFF points on the return leg booked via the Qantas App on July 7th.
Lodged the form via QFF website to claim missing points- but I have that feeling this will require plenty of chasing and making plenty of noise via emails.
I ripped into QFF last year for the diabolical posting of points from Qantas Mall, it appears they finally realised their was a problem, but now it appears awarding Uber points have a similar problem that Qantas Mall had last year. Not happy Jan!
 
Uber is all over the shop in relation to credit of eligible rides now. Some come through the same day or next day, some still waiting months after the ride completed.

My rides to & from SYD Intl mid last week and early this week got credited the next day or two
 
My bonus points from the string of airport rides I took during the 6x points period finally credited... just took 3 months.

Seems like an ongoing issue that requires lodging disputing via the missing points portal.
 
I got a bunch of double points credited today too. Very happy not to have had to go through a convoluted follow up process!

I don't think it matters whether you lodge a dispute or not. They just seem to come when they come.

The reason why I lodge a dispute is so that QF loyalty are aware of the issue. Too many people fob off missing points in the “ too hard basket”.
The missing points were hardly in the thousands, but still it’s worth making some noise about it.
