Anyone else have missing Uber points from airport trips about 2 months back? I have a number of trips affected but keeping getting bounced between Qantas and Uber CS. Last update from Uber was apparently a known problem and waiting for resolution from Qantas, then the help ticket got closed and now 2 weeks later still nothing.

I've typically always gotten my points within 72 hours. What was the airport you travelled to/from? I've found delays/issues with points can vary depending on the pick-up or drop off point.

I took an uber trip from SYD on May 30, posted yesterday (12/06/18).

I seem to be missing some recent ones as well. Not had issues with them posting in the past within a few days. Been about 10 days now.

Most of my points do credit within 72hors as well. But I had a few rides about 2 months back that have not credited, and just kept bouncing between Qantas and Uber CS...

I'd also be checking that the correct number of points are credited now as well if you think it looks off. I just had one trip credited with reduced points; I wish my Uber only cost $4!

The points normally come in after 72 hours or so but the latest 2 trips that I took in early June have yet to appear.
I hope that I do not need to go through the entire tedious process of contacting Qantas for points again!

Anyone successfully claimed their missing points and able to share if it was through Qantas or Uber customer service? Getting disgusted from their default response - ask the other party, going in circles. Switching back to ingogo which also awards QF points for my biz expenses.

Never had a problem (to/from BNE) until I forgot to access Uber via the Qantas App...…..

I've only done Uber a couple of times and received no points at all, except the first time bonus of 2000 points for first ride. I haven't done it enough for me to spend the time chasing but the lack of points is not unnoticed.

Oh, what a klutz - I've just looked up and found you need to launch the Uber app to book the car from the Qantas app. I just booked via the Uber app thinking it would work itself out.

Just had a second trip credited with only 8 points. I'd be interested to see what's causing it (and not sure I can be worth going through the hassle of chasing about 100 QFF points over two trips)

... And a third crediting only 8 points. Have isolated to trips to/from Sydney airport. Got a couple more trips dropoffs/pickups over the coming week and will see if it does it to those, but starting to be enough points where I'll pursue.

Weird that they credit 8 points, I always thought it was the full amount or ntg at all.
Something wrong with the system I reckon.
Both my trips have yet to be credited with any points yet.

Its a pain that you have to launch the uber app from the qantas app to get the points. Ive missed out a few times, when heading to aiport before 5am as brain doesnt work great in the we hours. Oh well at least i still get the credit card points.

The Frequent Flyer Concierge team takes the hard work out of finding reward seat availability. Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, they'll help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.

They used to credit very quickly - within 48 hours, however now I'm not expecting it for up to six weeks per the standard disclaimer. Everything seems to be slower to credit recently and weirdly too - i.e. return flights crediting weeks for the outgoing.

Funilly enough, this is a recent email I received from Uber themselves. Whilst I usually launch Uber through the QF app, this e-mail would make it seem it is not necessary.

Yes I got the same email as well, not sure if that's true.
My 200+ points from last month's trips still have not come in.
Looks like I'm gonna have to send Qantas another request...

Missing points now for seven eligible airport rides (all requested through the QF app - even though you don't need to anymore). Three of which have crossed the 'six week' time frame for allocation of points, another two will reach the 'six week' time frame next week. Numerous complaints and queries sent to Uber which have all received a standard 'we've escalated to the appropriate team, we appreciate your patience' etc. Qantas is of no help as they just redirect back to Uber.

This wasn't an issue prior to June of this year as the points usually came in a couple of days after the ride.

Yup, had 2 rides back in June which never got the points and after chasing up a few times with the standard response, I pretty much gave up.
