The Qantas T&C's have been updated; It's noted as being done 20th September 2007.

I checked these out with a cached copy I had dated April 1. While there's no Major changes, the following may be of interest to some:

    9.2 Points validity.

Basically amended such that points will no longer expire without notice. Qantas will endeavor to warn the member within 60 days of the points expiration date.

    9.5.1 Cabin bonus.

Changed to reinforce that any applicable cabin bonus is to be credited in line with the cabin booked, not the cabin travelled in/wait-listed.

13.3 Award Flights - Booking conditions

    13.3.1 changed from
    to
    20. Liability

Slight change to a plainer English version:
    Fee Schedule

Increase in the option to pay in AUD's the Assisted Award booking fee rather than 2½K QFF points per PAX. No change for domestic Oz, trans-tasman up from AUS25 to AUD27.50, NZ domestic down toAUD27.50 from AUD40 and all other international up to AUD50 from AUD40.

    Code:
Assisted Award Booking Fee A$27.50 (domestic)
payment option for bookings made in A$25 (trans-Tasman)
    Australia (per passenger) A$40 (international)
    to
    Code:
Assisted Award Booking Fee A$27.50 (domestic Australia and New Zealand and trans-Tasman)*
payment option for bookings made in A$50 (international)
    Australia (per passenger)
    Airline Earning table changes:
    • Air Nuigini (PX)

Removed: "Excluded: Points are not earned on domestic flights or Codeshare Flights operated by an airline other than Qantas."

    • Air Pacific (FJ)

Added: "Excluded: Points are not earned on domestic flights or Codeshare Flights operated by an airline other than Qantas."

    • Iberia (IB)

No more First class, F removed, A credits as Business class.

    • Jet Airways (9W)

Addition of First class (A & J) Strangely, J is still mentioned as business class.

    • Macair (CC)

Earning classes change from BHKLMOQSVY to BKLRVY

    • Royal Jordanian (RJ)

L class added to Discount Economy earning

These look like very trivial changes and not likely to affect many members.

Still waiting for the major enhancements based on the rumours doing the rounds on AFF and FT recently....

Thanks for the update serfty! :p The only thing likely to affect me is the Macair changes and I'm not looking forward to:
