It's going to be hard to adjust back to other hotels on the Gold Coast after staying in a suite at Palazzo Versace in December though

If I go I'm probably going to just drive down from BNE (or get there somehow), with last minute consideration of crashing at someone's place or room (floor with a spare doona and a pillow will be fine a.k.a. samh004 style). Bit too expensive for me to just book a room right now.
