There's no cut off mate, Luke has accepted extras till the day and will accomodate. No promises on upgrades at the Hilton though!

After some excellent suggestions and huge help from the Hilton, I have negotiated the private use of a huge section of the exec lounge. This means:

1. After the normal drinks and canapes finishes, a huge part of the lounge becomes ours alone - separated by a solid curtain.
2. The Hilton are placing large tables in this area for our dining meaning we will not be scattered across the Salt restaurant and meaning a more intimate dinner for us all
3. The Hilton are donating the use of AV equipment for our Velocity Guest to make his presentation - no doubt some smarty pants will have AFF hooked onto the big screen not long after
4. The lounge will offer a similar service as was offered at the HSW function in December ( )
5. The lounge is providing a Xmas tree for Kris Kringle

There, that's it - I'm plum tuckered out with all this organising for the rest of the week - I could do with a PA to do it all for me!
