LHR T3 lounge crawl Saturday 6 June 2026

Can someone please give me an approximate time for the QF lounge as I will arrange for us to have a table. of 16.

Here are my thoughts ... consideration is based on other peoples anecdotes and my own research.

To maximize the chances of CX entry not being denied, the best time would be soon after their 12:20pm flight to HKG departs. It is 4½ hours before their next. Maybe people head here as they arrive and meet up?

Possible go to AA after CX some Moët (or maybe Bollinger?) on entry and a short à la carte menu. There's a recent FLounge review here:

The AA lounge winds down after 5 pm - there is one flight soon after 6pm.

Qantas is quiet in the afternoon before ramping up for QF2 boarding after 8pm, so maybe 5pm after AA/CX?

BA after QF?

These are just my suggestions; I'm sure some will be looking at Amex or PP lounges but they are not on my radar. @Mickeyc747 may have access to EK.

Consensus will likely firm up in the next few days.
I reckon @serfty has it about right, although there are a couple of people leaving before the BUD exodus that would miss a 5pm meet.

How about 4pm in QF and we will work the rest around that?

Thank you both for your input I have sent a an email to Qantas and let's see what happens. I will update when I know anything.

I hope you all have a good time. Probably a touch too far to go from Australia just for a lounge crawl.

Not an attendee but is there a list of everyone attending? I'll be there in spirit. Just an interested party. Just a few days too early for us as we will be starting our trek in about 10 days time.

Cripes! This had totally fallen off of my radar - and it was only by chance I misclicked on my phone into AFF and saw the tag against me. Apologies - @JessicaTam - but I can't make this one.

If anyone's flying back via SIN and wants to do a mini-crawl, though, I'm working out of here for a while and don't mind taking a cheeky late night MH / CX flight if anyone is game.

I’m based in SIN too. Happy to do so anytime!

I'm on the flight to Oslo that night in business class. British Airways.
I'm arriving at T2 at 12.40pm, then making my way to T3. Let me know which lounge we are meeting in at 1-2pm.

I have heard back from Qantas and they are expecting us at 4pm. I was hoping if people don't mind we could propose a toast to our dear departed Frequent Flyer Mark Warren/ Penegal. For those attending lets ensure its the Copper send off he would have loved.
I've upgraded to Platinum for the crawl, if there is space for one more at the table then great, otherwise I'll swing by for the toast and then find another corner to sit in!

Departing on BA728.
