Is no-one going to comment on the flouro yellow blanket snuggy thing?

Does not look too encouraging...the way I look at is..SQ management is great in runnning a full service airline. However, all of their discount varieties are pretty much deep discounting /no good experiences types.

I was going to but I was lost for words. Even the sleeper's companion seems to be looking on in bewilderment. I wouldn't want an op-up to this business class if it meant having to don one of these fluoro laundry bags... if I was wandering through the cabin with the lights down and suddenly saw a sea of passengers all frocked up this way I'd probably die of fright. :D

I thought the yellow seats were very 1970's Qantas 747 type

O/T I don't wear yellow. Ever.

OMG!! Those yellow blankets.. with the matching eyeshade ensemble.. WTF?? Perhaps the shades are provided to protect the dudes (in the pic.) eyes from the shock of the 'hi-viz" blanket... Are they glow in the dark as well?
IMO the colour tone is so very wrong..

Was going to fly out on the first OOL/SIN sector tomorrow..A bit apprehensive now.. Will flip a coin in the morning..

Hey I'm on that sector too... I'll be the one trying to sneak a 10kg bag on as carry-on ;)

Another Facebook photo from Scoot. Pretty low loads on the sin to ool sector.

Economy looks... Interesting. Wonder what the seat recline is like.

Only 15 odd years old, I would suspect the 32J 370Y would be more of an issue
