I want to inquire about a multi-city booking on Qantas which cannot be processed online. When I rang, I was informed that my wait would be at least 60 minutes and so far it has been more than 80 minutes. What waiting time have others experienced?
I prefer iinet's policy. They ring back when it is your turn. So much friendlier.
