How do Hyatt treat you as an Elite?

Booked: Standard King on Hyatt Prive Rate
Received: Upgrade to a King View. Asked for late out, but was told fully booked.

Was in town for a conference at the hotel, and the rate was reasonable especially considering the $150 credit + breakfast from the Prive Rate. The PH is definitely a more 'timeless' sort of design rather than the modern style, but everything was very functional and comfortable. Perfect.

So essentially no elite benefit? I have no WoH status and that’s what I got when booking on the FH&R rate …. actually I got a 4pm check out.
