Has anyone had success with the call-up "Marginal" xASA's?

Yeah I'm still waiting for the "Adjustments" to come through for some flights taken on the 3rd which posted with zero's.

Last time the adjustment entries came within three days but I'll wait another week or so ... no rush for me at this stage ...

Perhaps the automatic process has been discontinued early.

If they haven't rolled over by 3 days then just call. Seems needing to nudge them is the new automated way. Have your original booking details ready if they ask for them to be emailed across (some rubbish about QF having a system change and they can't be easily looked up with the PNR is the nonsense I got from the operator so they need proof).

I've had exactly the same issue with my most recent flights not automatically adjusting within a few days (on same PNR which did adjust ok). Bit of time on phone but all OK. Did lose some ORCs which were promised but no big deal - have made P1 already.

My last JASA points/SCs have not posted after a week, although it is shown as an "Any Seat Award" and not a "Classic". Might have to call up...

I waited a week and then called - all fixed in 5mins on phone. CS operator said they should have been picked up automatically within a few days. So I reckon 1 week is more than long enough to wait, and I wouldn't be giving 2-3weeks.

I had to call up and unfortunately cancel my last JASA. Took a few tries as at first they wanted several $100s in change/cancel fees (but were going to extend the ticket duration). It is cancelled and the points returned immediately, cash refunded in <72 hours. Great. My question is does the $30 credit card fee also get refunded? IIRC it used to get refunded, the few times I actually had to cancel an ASA.

You cancelled a JASA! Ayeee!
My heart bleeds. :)
We could have used the name change by Deed Poll trick to make best use of it. :)

Oh dear, yes my mistake, should of posted it to the free to a good home section first!

I didn't want to but with no availability and unlikely to position to JNB in the next couple weeks... one of those last minute 'don't think about it' fully cancellable bookings of June 30 last year ;)

I'm trying to look at the positives... not desperate for annual or LT SC (nearing LTG/WP easily/already moved to BAEC status); $500 in fees back can buy a nice toaster; the points are enough for EK F transatlantic. Must. Keep. Breathing.

Old thread ... for those that 'added' an extra domestic leg (just paying the local taxes) well after the original xASA was booked ... are you having success in having the domestic sector credited with points and SCs? And if so, do you need to do it via phone or is it auto crediting as we are now well past the cut-off for xASAs?

I have quite a few domestic connections to run this year so my fist ones are an SC SYD PER SYD on 7/2/16 so will advise after that

Suspect a call to FF centre will be needed

Update ... a call to QF and finding a copy of the ticket plus a snip of the long haul activity statement showing the adjustment to QF points and SCs got this domestic tack-on sorted.

180 SCs so with JASAs and FASAs now long gone mopping up domestic sectors ( can add these upto 12 months after the original long haul sector) helps with my new QF year

Points and SCs yet to post but that's expected. A call to FF Centre tomorrow will fix that
Have kept the previous PNRs and the notes for the FF to refer to

Just had my SC's and points credit for one of my few remaining Jasa's/Fasa's on the way to Rio.

The games are a blast!!

My last flight that will credit is in January2017 !!
