Flybuys weekly email offers appear to be running from Thursday to Sunday this week. Flybuys seem to be copying Everyday Rewards at the moment. When my targeted offer arrived I got to choose between getting a 12 cent voucher or 500 points for spending $50. I chose the fuel voucher but I probably won't spend the $50. I spent too much last week getting a couple of 18 cent fuel vouchers.

Once I use the 18 cent vouchers I'll be going back to Woolworths/Caltex for my petrol. Now that I'm getting 5% discount using the RACV Wish cards, I'm better off using a 4 cent voucher at WW than an 8 cent voucher at Coles Express.

Smart thinking Rainbowgirl, those 5% off wish cards are great for fuel. I convert the EDR discount into points, and get the discount off the wish card purchase...

With fuel at $1.40/L those discounted wish cards work out as a $0.07/L voucher.......even better if you can claim back the GST like I can as a sole trader

Got a few targeted offers this week.
Spend $50 at Coles for a 20 cent fuel voucher
Spend $50 at Target for 500 points
Various bonus point offers on specific gifts and Christmas products.
I also have a current triple points offer at Target so I think I'll combine the two and go shopping tomorrow. I've just finished chasing the last major Target offer. I hope this one gets credited quicker than the last one.
The Coles offer should be easy.

Flybuys are trying to stay unpredictable at the moment, which I guess is good for them and sometimes good for the customer. I was expecting a triple points weekend after all the fuel and large points offers over the last few weeks. I was quite surprised to get a fuel offer today. Spend $50 for a 20 cents per litre fuel voucher. This should be easy. I've got a spend $60 for 500 points voucher for this week so I'll take up both offers in the one transaction.

The current round of Coles email offers run from tomorrow, Thursday 28 November to Wednesday December 4. With that length of time available, perhaps I'll end up with two 20 cent per litre vouchers. Many peole complain that they can't get decent flybuys offers for Monday to Wednesday. I hope they are happy now.

We spend over the $120 last week and got the offer on the fuel as I needed to fill my cruiser, so 150L saved $52.50, spend just over the $120 again today and got the 35c a off so will use up some in the next few weeks and refill just before it expires.

Flybuys are really embracing these choose your own reward offers. My offer this week was 750 points or a 20 cent per litre fuel voucher for a $50 spend. This should be easy as I can get my regular groceries plus a couple of Christmas presents and get to the $50 total fairly easily. I've chosen the 20 cents per litre option as I can save more money this way.

I'm surprised that Flybuys is still sending me $50 offers. I've taken up so many that I thought they would increase the offer target by now. Of course as soon as they increase the offer target I'll be spending a lot less at Coles waiting for them to drop the target again.

Thats probably inline with the ACCC decision to limit discounts to 4c for such schemes.

Given the recent ACCC agreement regarding fuel discount offers, Coles are really getting into the big fuel offers while they can still get away with it this month.

My email offer going from tomorrow until next Tuesday is 18 cents per litre for $50, 20 cents per litre for $60 and 22 cents per litre for $70.

I've come across a problem with one of the coupons sent to me. I am wondering whether all the coupons that have this offer are wrong or whether it is just my coupon.

I have a coupon for Coles Express with the following offer, "Triple points when you buy any fuel at Shell Coles Express. You'll get triple points every time you buy fuel and scan this coupon. This is a multi-use coupon."

Unfortunately the instructions on the back to the Coles Express staff contradict the information on the front of the coupon. The last instruction to the Team Member says, "Destroy Coupon".

Further down the back of the coupon there in the terms and conditions it says, "Coupon may be redeemed multiple times over the offer period." Unfortunately I couldn't find this small print when I used the coupon today. I had a long discussion with the staff member who wanted to take the coupon and only gave it back reluctantly. He didn't believe there had been a misprint with the Team Member instructions. I am hoping he doesn't go back and alter the transaction later, removing the flybuys details.

It will be hard to track if the receipt details get altered. It is extremely difficult to reconcile Coles Express bonus points. They come up as Adjustments without a reference date on them . They also post in the wrong order sometimes and I think they've posted for the wrong amount as well.

Next time I use the coupon I will point out the tiny terms and conditions on the back and the front of the coupon. I hope I don't have this problem for the next month.

I haven't been following this thread a lot , but just thought I'd clarify a comment . CEX staff cannot change a flybys transaction once a receipt has been issued . As long as the voucher is valid , flybuys and any bonus points will be allocated accordingly .

Thanks for the useful information. I was able to use this voucher several more times during the promotional period without any problems from Coles Express staff.

Flybuys major Coles offers this week seem to be running from wed to monday 23 December.
My fuel offer is $80 for 20 cents fuel voucher, $90 for 25 cent fuel voucher and $100 for 30 cent fuel voucher. This is too high for my liking considering that they were offering me a 20 cent per litre fuel voucher a few weeks ago for only spending $50. Woolworths will actually be getting my bulk shopping trips over the next week as their targeted offers are better for me this time. I'll still be going to Coles for a few things on Friday but not much. I also have a triple points offer on deli, meat, fruit and vegetables.

I have a Coles Express offer of 100 points for spending $5 instore. I can combine this with another offer of buying a 300g box of Favourites for $6.00 to get 150 points. It's the first time I'll be able to stack Coles Express instore offers. I'll need petrol before Christmas anyway so it makes sense to use one of my 20 cent vouchers and get bonus points at the same time.

Nothing yet. we've had the same offers for the last 2 weeks excep higher spend rate. $220 is our top yet. managed to top it up with and extra 10c off a litre but they maybe the last time we do that if the 1000pts / 10c offer has gone.

I got a tiered offer starting at 20 cents per litre for spending $60. I took this up today and combined it with a docket deal worth 500 points for spending $60 and a double points coupon. I'm guessing this is the last fuel offer I'll get given that Flybuys only have the 30th and 31st of December to offer any last minute fuel voucher offers. I have enough 20 and 22 cent vouchers to last me to the end of January.

The fuel discount war is almost over. Bring on the points war or perhaps the $ off your shopping war.

Got a triple points offer for Coles from today until Sunday. It's available on the largest transaction at Coles during these dates. If all goes to plan I'll be making a $60 transaction on Friday and using a 500 point coupon as well.

I also got a 5X points offer for non fuel items at Coles Express and a 10X points offer on selected products at Liquorland and 1st Choice.
