Flybuys Targeted Bonus Promotions

Spend $50 for 1,000 bonus points. Stretched spend to $50.19 but not sure can stretch too much further.

Check the flybuys app.

I am seeing my coupons in the flybuys app now which is much easier than having go over the paper ones.

I am seeing 'booster' offers in my app that don't seem to be on my account on the website. Some of these are valid for a long time, e.g. 1k bonus points when you spend over $40 at FCL - expires in 74 days which must be replacing the old coupons. From the app, it appears my offer this round of 'coupons' is spend $80 for 1k points alternating with triple points.

Receive 1,000 bonus points by spending $5 at Coles Express and purchasing >30L on fuel.

I received an email today about the new "boosters" on the Flybuys app. Apparently you can opt to receive your paper coupons on the app. Not much use to me as I don't have the app on my phone.

I haven't received any coupons yet but the email did say "Your paper coupons are on the way and will arrive shortly.". I'm hoping they're in the mail!

Receive 500 bonus points for $70 spend in the next 3 days.

No thanks. Not after spending $30 at the beginning of the week when I had no spend offer.

Seem to have missed out on two in a row now.
Sorry, appears I just hadn't checked my PO box. Have received the printed coupons, which are mirrored in the app.

It will be convenient to not have to have these in my wallet however it will be harder to remember to activate them, and I'm not looking forward to an increase in emails.

The paper coupons arrived in the mailbox today. $40 spend for 1000 points (better spend than the last mailout) alternating with triple points.

Thank goodness they got rid of those double points coupons
Got a 3 week offer as well today, 6000 points across 3 weeks for a $40 spend per week. The first week is one of those long weeks. I've already done the Coles shopping for the week so I will start next week with the 3 week promotion.

6000 points for 3 weeks @ $70. Shopped yesterday as I could stack with a spend $70 get 500 points, only to see today's offer us spend $70 get 1,000 point ‍♀️
Will get week 2 in early for another status credit!

ETA the emoji is of course the face-palm girl!

Remember, week 2 doesn't start until Monday 29 January

When I started explaining to friends how I have been able to get 2 business return flights to Mumbai with Singapore airlines, through Velocity points accumulated with Flybuys, bonuses with Coles insurance policies, and David Jones Amex card (get more points from Coles shopping), it all became very clear - play the customer loyalty game and it pays benefits.
