I renewed my eBay Plus membership as I got good value from it.

As an eBay Plus member you're supposed to get 1FB/$ too.

However, they're only giving 1FB/$2 as I discovered over the last few days (which is the none-eBayPlus rate)

Did a quick dig and it seems this has been going for a while and people are getting fobbed off by both @flybuys and eBay.

Anyone experienced this?

I also didn't receive the correct basic rate. Spent $50, got 23 points, so that's not even 1FB/$2 anyway.

Apologies for this. We're aware of this issue for eBay Plus members and are liaising with eBay to have this rectified.

Seems bonus points are trickling in now. Received 3 separate transactions of 15 + 4 + 4 so far. Still 4 short. Or if it's being calculated per item purchased, then it's 2 short.

@flybuys That's great these missing points are now coming in, but it looks like eBay have simply awarded double what I was initially awarded back in August, which is incorrect.

Just checking in. I suppose having heard nothing, eBay has not responded yet? This seems rather poor.

A benefit of being part of the eBay+ program is not being delivered. Seems ACCC should come and wave a big stick at both eBay and flybuys.

Thanks for the prompt reply. I contacted eBay about it as well and the person I chatted to said it's the first time they've heard of this particular issue.
 
Just remembered that eBay said to give them 3 business days to look into this issue. It's now been nearly 10. I'm not surprised. On chat now, apparently they are in communication with flybuys. What a complete CF.

Well, it's been over a month since I contacted eBay and posted in this thread to @flybuys. Since then I've made more eBay purchases and what do you know, this is still an issue. And I've not heard one piece of feedback from either eBay or FB.

This issue has now been going on for around 6 months, a timeframe that I think everyone would agree is now completely unacceptable. Next stop, ACCC.
 
Just had a call from eBay. Apparently this is all going to be fixed by the end of the week. I'll believe it when I see it.
I enquired why its taken so long and they couldn't tell me. What a CF.
