I don't have a Woolworths Rewards solution for this problem. When they first converted from Everyday Rewards to Woolworths Rewards there was one family member who didn't get any email offers and barely any other emails. I closed the account and started a new account with a different email address. A few months later Woolworths Rewards discovered my "closed account" and sent a targeted offer to it. I attempted to use the email offer but the card wouldn't work. I ended up getting a new card with a new number for the "closed account" and in the second and third week I got the rewards. After a lot of effort I got most of the rewards for the first week of the promotion. I don't know why Woolworths found the initial account after it being ignored for so long.

I haven't looked into the subscriptions in the Woolworths Rewards accounts. Maybe there is a section where you can unsubscribe from offers and then resubscribe the next day. This sometimes works with flybuys.
 
Purchased $32 fuel at Woolworths yesterday and dad's 300 bonus appeared on the docket.

I noticed that my targets were originally 25% eg spend 50 per week x4 get 50 dollars equivalent at the end.

The targets and returns got higher

My final one was like spend 70 x4 and get 40 back so I stopped doing them completely and the offers improved marginally

same here - have 2 current offers that normally wouldn't activate as too high but have 3 daughters home so the spend will be doable. $190 in multiple shops for 2 weeks 5600 points PLUS if you spend $150 in multiple spends for 2 weeks at your local Woolies and extra 6000 points .. without any Amex points that 12000 points for spending ~$200 a week for 2 weeks....and also got the Woolies fuel offer ...all this on just one account though.

Spend $100 for 2000 points. In the middle of a Coles offer, so it will get passed over.
