I don't have a Woolworths Rewards solution for this problem. When they first converted from Everyday Rewards to Woolworths Rewards there was one family member who didn't get any email offers and barely any other emails. I closed the account and started a new account with a different email address. A few months later Woolworths Rewards discovered my "closed account" and sent a targeted offer to it. I attempted to use the email offer but the card wouldn't work. I ended up getting a new card with a new number for the "closed account" and in the second and third week I got the rewards. After a lot of effort I got most of the rewards for the first week of the promotion. I don't know why Woolworths found the initial account after it being ignored for so long.
I haven't looked into the subscriptions in the Woolworths Rewards accounts. Maybe there is a section where you can unsubscribe from offers and then resubscribe the next day. This sometimes works with flybuys.
