Does an infant have lounge guesting rights?

So I was at PER the other day flying PER to SYD in J with my infant (on infant J ticket).

I have not tested this out - but I was just wondering if my infant would have guesting rights for the J lounge in the event I wanted to bring 2 guests into the lounge

Per the website, domestic business class pax are allowed to bring 1 guest in
