I think it depends - if it is an external seller via TWC, they will reneg. If it is TWC itself, then they may honour.
This is from me dealing with then when they cancelled my order last year. Initially they said it was out of stock and when I pointed that they had stock, they said that it was a price glitch they are not going to honour as it is for their external seller. They sounded really dodgy.

Can't fault TWC, but have never attempted any 'too good to be true' purchases.
I did however recently purchase a Frenchie that according to their website was "from our International Marketplace" and dispatch within 5 months. Turned up in 3 days (which technically is within 5 months...).

Dan Murphys 10% off sitewide, code SITEWIDE10, ends today. Picked up some whisky coughtail on clearance.
Macquarie bank doesn't include dans in their gift card list anymore, disappointing.

Yup got a couple of bottles myself last week, plus a bottle of Vosne-Romanee for $105 last week. Top buying if available. Would have liked the coupon code discount, but ah well, it was still a decent deal.

Should be online, but like most clearance items, it depends on finding the right store with stock (in my case, Richmond VIC shows availability for delivery).

(Annoyingly, the coupon code throws an error up when trying to grab a bottle or two of Gevrey Chambertin on clearance at another store.)
