Dan Murphy's and Other Wine Deals

Yeah I only got a case (mix of pinot and SV) so seems expensive. If you are buying in larger quantities it doesn't seem so bad. Really just passing through Aus Post's fees. And they have kept the price of wine stable for a while now - I can't complain too much...

Thanks for posting. Impressive range. Prices not great though.

Where do you find these specific Skye cellars discount codes? I don't see them advertised anywhere.
Someone in a private group shares them.

It pays to be chatty to all the Wine Advisors -TWC/LANGTON'S etc...they all have private back end deals.

I always hear of people getting coughty with Langton's, as they send everyone different deals depending what you tell the Wine Advisor you like.

It's not worth the hassle for me, but people in various groups share.

Thanks.

Seppelt St Peters Shiraz 2018 is $40 per bottle in a 3PK @ Winestar.

This is great. Except it’s being sold as a 3 pack (unusual for WineStar) which attracts both a $10 Less than Six Bottles Surcharge and a $10 Non Dozen Surcharge. That’s ridiculous. Pretty dumb to sell a 3 pack and apply these surcharges. Even dumber to apply both surcharges. If you choose Australia Post that adds another $12. This is Ticketek level of extra charges

I like WineStar and have bought loads from them over the years. This is too much though.
